DESCRIPTION GLASS BOTTLE PLUG
Object of the invention
5 The object of the present invention is an easy-to-use glass bottle stopper that provides the opening of glass bottles without the need for tools of any kind. Background of the invention
10 A wide variety of glass bottle caps are currently known, whose function is to prevent the liquid contained in them from spilling on the one hand, and on the other, the properties of the contained liquid are preserved.
15 Among the most commonly used plugs in the state of the art is the so-called "crown plug". This type of cap is generally metallic and its main feature is that they adapt to the external contour of the flange of the mouth of the bottle thanks to the presence of folds made in the cap itself, when it is fixed industrially on the said flange or mouth of the bottle.
20 These well-known caps, being the most standardized in terms of their use in the market, have the main drawback that they need an external tool or opener for their independence from the bottle, since manipulations that allow their opening cannot be carried out manually , thanks to the folds above
25 mentioned.
Also known in the state of the art are plugs or caps that are threadedly attached to the neck of the bottle, which obviously requires making a thread fillet in the cap or cap, and another thread fillet in the mouth of the bottle or neck of the
30 same.
In the same way, those caps that are coupled to the neck of the bottle are known, and through a ring they are retained and fixed to said mouth, needing to exert a certain force for the extraction of said ring and thus achieve its opening,
35 which is not usually easy at all and generates that, on certain occasions, you have to

finally resort to an appropriate external tool to achieve the opening effectively, especially when the ring is broken.
Example solution for the technical problems described above, Spanish patent ES 2 381 727 (of the same inventors) which describes a glass bottle cap, which being preferably materialized in aluminum, or in any other type of appropriate plastic material, is characterized in that it is constituted from a body as an inverted bowl, with a skirt and annular and external wing for its adjustment on the external surface of the corresponding flange of the neck of the bottle to be closed; having provided that the body concentrically presents an annular rib of configuration in "V" that adjusts on the internal contour of the mouth of the neck of the bottle, said nerve delimiting an upturned surface.
Similarly, patent application WO201213839 also shows a solution that describes a glass bottle cap, which is preferably materialized in metal, or in any other type of suitable plastic material, which is constituted from a body, with a skirt or torn wing with conical type cuts, characterized in that said wing comprises a plurality of longitudinal conical grooves, transverse to the axis of the lid and distributed perimetrically by the wing, being configured for adjustment on the outer surface of the neck flange of the bottle to be closed; having provided that the body concentrically presents an annular rib of "V" configuration that fits over the internal contour of the mouth of the neck of the bottle, where a "liner" is located, delimiting said nerve on an upturned surface.
Therefore, the applicant hereby intends to increase the results obtained with the previous records, that is, to obtain a cap for glass bottles, which improves what is currently known in the state of the art, and whose main function is to solve the problem technician derived from the use of a tool or tool in the opening of glass bottles, in the simplest and most agile way possible, increasing its performance, such as, for example, a greater resistance against carbonic gas present in beverages contained in said type of bottles, or industrial processes, such as pasteurization; and with it, homogenizing the possibilities of using this cap in the packaging of any type of beverage that can be housed in a glass bottle, such as soft drinks, water, beers or the like.

04-15-2014 Description of the invention
The present invention relates to a stopper for glass bottles, of the type used as closure in beverages that can be contained in glass bottles, such as water,
5 soft drinks, beers or the like, comprising a body with a skirt with at least three cuts made from the outer part of the skirt to the inner part of the body, where there is a core where the pressure is exerted to open it, and where reinforcing the nucleus are at least three reinforcements as nerves.
On the other hand, in the internal part of the body and coinciding with the position of said core, there is a first concave region coinciding with a second concave region and opposite each other, where said second concave region integrates a second body jointly joined in its part inside the body, generating a region configured for the tilting of the plug during deformation in its opening.
This second body comprises a wing that perimetrically incorporates a plurality of cuts, while in its lower part it comprises a threaded area which in turn defines a plurality of tabs and where a plurality of radii are presented adjacent to said threaded area. emanate from its center outwards and that, by way of
20 reinforcement, help to improve results against internal pressure.
Thanks to its special design and shape, the cap recommended here has a good behavior against the carbonic gas contained in the drinks housed in the glass bottles, which prevents its internal part from bulging which would make it difficult to open.
25 In the same way, with the inclusion of the cap recommended here, the pressure will be carried out in a high percentage in the internal part of the bottle, which in turn implies that the force that will be carried out for the opening of the cap will be less, increasing the number of potential users (since less force is still needed for opening) to segments of the
30 population that for physical reasons (children, elderly people).
Therefore, the cap presented here manages to withstand pressures of up to seven bar, which increases the possibilities of it, to be used in any industrial beverage bottling process.

Once used and opened, the cap adopts a triangle shape, visible and characteristic, so that its reuse is avoided, increasing its hygienic performance.
Throughout the description and claims the word "comprises" and its variants do not
5 are intended to exclude other technical characteristics, additives, components or steps. For those skilled in the art, other objects, advantages and features of the invention will be derived partly from the description and partly from the practice of the invention. The following examples and drawings are provided by way of illustration, and are not intended to restrict the present invention. In addition, the present invention covers all possible
10 combinations of particular and preferred embodiments indicated herein. Brief description of the figures
A series of drawings that help to better understand the invention and that expressly relate to an embodiment of said invention which is presented as a non-limiting example thereof is described very briefly below.
FIG 1. Shows an exploded top view of the glass bottle cap, object of the present invention.
20 FIG 2. Shows an exploded bottom view of the glass bottle cap. FIG 3. Shows a view of the cap for glass bottles, from its bottom. FIG 4. Shows a second view of the glass bottle cap from its bottom. FIG 5. Shows a plan view of the bottom of the cap. Preferred Embodiment of the Invention
A preferred embodiment of the invention is shown in the attached figures. More specifically, the glass bottle cap is characterized in that it comprises a body (1) with a skirt (2) with at least three cuts (3) made from the outside
30 of the skirt (2) to the internal part of the body (1) where a core (4) is presented where the pressure is exerted for the opening of the cap presented here.
Reinforcing the core there are at least three reinforcements (5) as nerves, whose function is to provide greater strength to the whole and avoid excessive deformation of the body (1), since said reinforcements (5) do not deform during its opening

In the internal part of the body (1) and coinciding with the position of the core (4), a first concave region (4a) is arranged coinciding with a second concave region (6a) arranged in opposite position and which is an integral part of a second body (6)
5 jointly attached to the first body (1).
Both concave and opposite regions (4a, 6a) generate a chamber or space that allows the tilt of the cap during deformation in its opening, in addition to ensuring the cap itself, homogenizing the pressure to exert on the core (4) of the first
10 body (1) during opening, regardless of the internal pressure sustained by the cap.
The second body (6) comprises a perimeter wing (7) configured for adjustment, on the one hand, on the outer surface of the bottle flange, and on the other, on the skirt (2) of the
15 body (1), generating in its central part the said second concave region (6a).
On the other hand, said wing (7) throughout its perimeter incorporates a plurality of cuts (7a) that avoid resistance during opening and consequently facilitating it.
20 Similarly, the second body (6) comprises in its lower part a threaded area
(8) which in turn defines a plurality of eyelashes (8a), which improves the grip with the neck of the bottle, and performs the tightness necessary for the correct conservation of the liquid contained in the bottle and its properties.
Finally, adjacent to said threaded zone (8) there are a plurality of spokes (9) as a reinforcement that help to improve the results against internal pressure.
In a practical embodiment, the body (1) and the second body (6) will be embodied in a single body.
Similarly, in a particular embodiment of the present invention, the second body
(6) may incorporate a series of reinforcements or inner ribs, which facilitate the opening of the cap recommended herein.
